Is Eddie Johnson and his return to the MLS a good thing?
For years we've been seeing Eddie Johnson's career go down the toilet and now the Sounders FC make a trade for the underperforming forward. Trying to spark his career is a bold move by the brass in Seattle.
So what if he played in the 2006 world cup for the USA, that was ages ago. He's going to have to do a lot to impress me in 2012.
Yes he and Freddy Montero could be a lethal and dynamic partnership up front, but how will it all work with White is healthy, and Ochoa finds his form?
I guess he's an upgrade at striker if he stays healthy.
Time will tell on this one.
Not sure if Seattle really needed to give up Mike Fucito and Lamar Neagle to Montreal in exchange for him though.
Weigh in Sounders fans. Whats your take?
