General manager Phil Emery made his first official moves to shape the 2012 Bears by cutting Offensive lineman Frank Omiyale this week.

Today we're hearing from thesidelineview.com that the Seattle Seahawks are expected to have Omiyale in for a visit today. Omiyale would likely compete for a roster spot to be the top backup left tackle while also getting a chance to backup either guard spot they say.

Omiyale played under current offensive line coach Tom Cable in 2006 with the Atlanta Falcons. He was drafted in the fifth round of the 2005 NFL Draft by the Falcons.

Omiyale, 29, started 31 games in his three seasons with the Bears.
