Beastmode Marshawn Lynch gets his contract from Seattle

Marshawn Lynch has re-signed with Seattle, the team announced Sunday night.

Marshawn Lynch agrees to 4 yr deal for 31 million w 17 million guaranteed to avoid having Franchise tag placed on him he said.

John Schneider said

"We are excited to keep Marshawn as a part of what we are building," general manager John Schneider said in a statement. "This is what we were hoping for when we acquired him from Buffalo."

Free agency begins on March 13, and Sunday's agreement with Lynch gives the Seahawks the man they want to build their ground game around.
