Chicago has (lets face it here) a better D-Line, Group of LB's, arguably better DB's, and yes better ST's too. (thx Hester).

Tough call there. in the NFL, I guess the edge goes to Lovie. He has taken the Bears to a superbowl, and a 2 conference championship games.
