Beware Thy Neighbor! Week 14 NFC West Matchups + Previews

SEAHAWKS vs. BILLS (SUN DEC 16, 4:05 PM ET)

The Seahawks are in the playoff race and have the lead for the Wild Card and they still have a shot to win the NFC West. While the Bills have lost 2 of their last 3 games they are .500 at home and Seattle is only 2-5 on the road.

The Seahawks are coming off their HUGE 58-0 blowout over the Cardinals, but they cannot take Buffalo for granted. They have to play solid D, get a good game from RB Marshawn Lynch, and QB Russell Wilson cannot turn the ball over. Look for Lynch to get a lot of action facing a Buffalo run defense that only ranks 28th in the league.

The key for the Seattle defense in this game is to contain RB C.J. Spiller, who has had a solid season and is the key to the Bills and their 6th ranked rushing offense. He has to play well, as Buffalo cannot count on QB Ryan Fitzpatrick to carry the offense.

Even on the road where the Seahawks have been less than stellar they did win their last road games in Chicago and they will win this game in Buffalo.
