The Seahawks snapped their 2 game losing streak with a solid home win over the Vikings and they are back at home where they are 4-0 to face the Jets. New York has lost 3 straight and 4 of their last 5 games and their offense really struggled in their last game only scoring 9 points.

Marshawn Lynch has rushed for over 100 yards in 3 straight games and he will have to play well since the Seattle passing offense ranks dead last in the NFL. This match up is a good one for the Seahawks since their strength on offense is running the ball while the Jets’ run defense ranks 29th in the league.

The Seattle defense has been solid this season, but even in the win over the Vikings last week they allowed Adrian Peterson to rush for 182 yards. Jets’ RB Shonn Greene is only averaging 3.7 yards per carry on the season and only has 1 100+ yard rushing game on the season.

Mark Sanchez is under a lot of pressure in the Big Apple and it does not help that the Jets have one of the weakest WR corps in the league. The Seattle pass defense ranks 7th in the league and they shut down Christina Ponder last week.

Have to go with Seattle in this game, as they are at home and Lynch will have another big game.
