VIKINGS vs. SEAHAWKS (SUN NOV 4, 4:05 PM ET)

The Vikings are at 5-3 and they have not lost back-to-back games all season, but they have a couple of things going against them in this game, as they are coming off an embarrassing loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and they face a Seahawks (4-4) team that has yet to lose at home this season (3-0).

This NFC match up features the top 2 rushers in the league in Minnesota’s Adrian Peterson and Seattle’s Marshawn Lynch. These guys are key since each team does not have a good passing offense. The Seahawks have the league’s 5th ranked run defense and the Vikings rank 12th even though that part of the D did not play well in the loss to the Bucs.

Christian Ponder and Russell Wilson have each been up and down this season and while neither will be counted on to have a big game it will be key that each does not make any big mistakes. Ponder has 7 INT in his last 4 games while Wilson had 6 TD and 0 INT at home this season. On top of that the Vikings have a WR corps that is really banged up.

I have to go with Seattle simply because they are at home and I think Lynch will have a big game.
