Here's my take on the Seahawks' final 53-man roster.

OL - Russell Okung, Paul McQuistan, Max Unger, John Moffitt, Breno Giacomini, Frank Omiyale, J.R. Sweezy, Lemuel Jeanpierre

Practice Squad Jermaine Kearse, Lavasier Tuinei, Cooper Helfet, Kris O'Dowd, Rishaw Johnson, Cordarro Law, Korey Toomer, Jeremy Lane, is Taua PS Eligable? I'm not sure. If so, then keep him too.

Notes:

I'm not thrilled about Lockette or Martin as #5 and #6 WR's I'd just as much bring back Terrell Owens.

His upside is higher in my opinion when he gets into game shape, and practices more.

He had 70 catches in the NFL in 2010. Do you think Lockette or Martin can catch even 40? I got rid of Durham, Obomanu and Butler. Two guys that have just failed to impress.

Whatever it is I'll be happy and support as I have since 1977.
