Seahawks John Moffit to have elbow surgery

Per Liz Matthews this AM on Twitter we've learned that after sustaining a practice injury yesterday that starting Right Guard and funny man John Moffit for the Seattle Seahawks will undergo elbow surgery. HE WILL be ok in time for Week 1.

Backup guard Deuce Lutui will start in place of Moffitt versus the Titans in the Seahawks first preseason game on Saturday night.

Matthews also reported that WRs Terrell Owens, Sidney Rice, Ricardo Lockette and Doug Baldwin will not play in Saturday's game.
