Per John Boyle on Twitter Alameda County DA's office confirms that #Seahawks RB Marshawn Lynch has been charged with DUI.
Arraignment currently set for Aug. 14. We first reported on this on July 16th.

Tough news for Beastmode and we've also learned more details today.
According to an incident report released by the California Highway Patrol, Lynch was seen driving a Econoline van and nearly collided with two other vehicles, all while weaving in and out of lanes.
