Curtis Crabtree the Seahawks reporter for 950 KJR sports radio in Seattle was just on with Ian Furness and reported the following.

Barrett Ruud has 3 different injuries he's still trying to heal up from. (From groin, knee, and shoulder injuries that cost him seven games in 2011.) Minor issues.

He went on to say Ruud will be in tough for a roster spot will have to 1. stay healthy, 2. make an impression during the off-season and in 2012 training camp.

He also reported Sidney Rice and Kris Durham were wearing red jersey's in practice today, both were running routes, and catching balls today. This is pretty significant news considering Rice has had the 2 shoulder surgeries. Good to hear.

Lastly we've found out Marshawn Lynch was not at the VMAC today for voluntary workouts.
