On this date in 1976 (I was 4) The Seahawks win the Expansion Bowl with a 13-10 victory over the Buccaneers in Tampa. Linebacker Mike Curtis preserves the win by blocking a field goal with 42 seconds to play.

Wish I could say I saw this, but I wasn't allowed out of the country yet. My first game was in Seattle in 77.
