Very high upside, but still a lot of polish left to be applied. Athletic, with a big arm, good mechanics and an instinctive feel for the position (a position he hasn't played for that long), Tannehill shouldn't start early, but could develop into a star.

He's at least a year away from being a functional NFL quarterback.
