Matt Flynn to visit Seattle Thursday

Packers free agent QB Matt Flynn is scheduled to visit Seattle on Thursday night, into Friday.

Seattle's first QB visit is scheduled for later today with Miami's free-agent Chad Henne, who is in Jacksonville.

This is great news for Seattle. Most thought Chad Henne was their target in Free Agency after Tuesday's events.

It's nice to see the guy most Seahawks 12th man fans want to come in and challenge Tarvaris Jackson, Green Bay's Matt Flynn is locked and loaded for a free agency visit.

I for one am totally lost as to what is going on with Flynn right now. Yesterday we were told a source said the Dolphins and Browns are exchanging contract offers with Flynn, who should command a contract that pays him approximately $8 million a season.

He's commanding this payday because of a two game sample. One which included him throwing for 480 yards and six touchdowns in the Packers’ 2011 regular-season finale, a 45-41 victory over Detroit.
