Question Ichiro - Should He Stay Or Go?

Today on the NWSB Danny Ferg weighed in with an article on Ichiro. Now its your turn M's fan to have your say.

SHOULD HE STAY? OR SHOULD HE GO NOW??!!

How much more do we want to pay on declining consistency?

Not just declining consistency but also a diva attitude and a hermit player who won't fraternize with his team at all. He has been a locker room cancer for years. Get rid of him now before he's completely devalued

    I don't think they'll move him, either.
For one, the Mariners have SO many ties to Japan, including the Nintendo owner being owner of the Mariners.
Ichiro brings in a lot of fans that otherwise could give a crap. He still seems to be good publicity which I dislike.
And the Mariners organization has always tried to hold on to vets who spent their careers here just as a "thank you" type of deal, even if they're not useful anymore.
I'd like them to move him, but they almost certainly won't.

It would be bad business to move ichi. Even though his numbers are down a bit he is still hitting way above the MLB average, he still steals bases, he never gets hurt and the fans really do come to see him. We have seen many -o- big heads with big numbers.
    HE STAYS !!!

    hey this is me!

I'll admit I don't follow the Mariners that closely but I'm looking at guy who had one off-year and broke his 10 year streak of Gold Gloves and 11 year streak of 200 hits and then I look at the Mariners record, and seems to me he should stay.

One bad year that was better than the majority of their players, plus the emotional attachment. Yeah they will sign him for at least one more year.
