Your here to read about Mariners transactions. Well I'm hearing via Geoff Baker's twitter tonight that the following is about to take place.

Alex Liddi and Blake Beavan going to AAA in moves TBA tomorrow. Mike Carp and Stephen Pryor to DL. Erasmo Ramirez likely to start Thursday

Ramirez will likely be called up from AAA tomorrow. Franklin Gutierrez could be joining him as well since M's need OF defense.

Pretty shocking stuff. Carp has sucked most of the year when given a chance, so not shocking. Beavan is playing horrible. Ramirez is doing fine in AAA, so ya bring him back up. That's fine. He'll start Thursday it looks like.

As for Alex Liddi. I'm still shaking my head.

If Franklin Gutierrez comes back he'd likely slot back into the center field role, and Michael Saunders now with his HOT bat looks like he'll become the every day left fielder.

I'm fine with that too.
