LaMarcus Aldridge becomes 15th Trail Blazers player selected to NBA All-Star Game
The NBA announced Thursday that Aldridge the Portland Trailblazers power forward has been voted onto the Western Conference team for the NBA All-Star Game by a ballot of the conference coaches.
Now 26 he is in his 6th year in the NBA and is the franchise's 15th player in the 42-year history to be picked to play in an All-Star Game.
Not since Brandon Roy was selected to the 2010 game as a reserve has a Blazer participated in the NBA annual "exhibition" pick up game.
