Portland Trail Blazers center Marcus Camby is day-to-day after injuring his ankle in tonights game against the San Antonio Spurs.
Camby’s X-rays came back negative. He’s averaging 3.4 points and leads the team with 8.2 rebounds per game.
Kurt Thomas played 16 minutes with Camby leaving early, finishing with no points, three rebounds, one assist, and one steal.Marcus Camby (ankle) said after Friday's game that he "hopes" to return sometime during the Blazers' upcoming eight-game road trip.
Thomas appeared to be his primary replacement but didn't do much.
Craig Smith played nine minutes on Friday with Camby out, scoring two points on 1-of-2 shooting with three rebounds and a steal.
The Blazers play the Spurs on Saturday.
