In a report today on OregonLive.com Daniel Mediate and other PDX media members caught up with Nicolas Batum as he arrived back in Portland from Europe.

With the Blazers saying they would match a HUGE offer sheet from the Timberwolves for four-year, $46.5 million Batum suggests he's fine with a match.

"I'm very happy about it," Batum said, "so we will see what happens tomorrow with the physical, and I'm going to talk with the media Friday before I go back to France, so you will know everything Friday."
Oregon Live suggests clarity might come at 2:15 p.m., when GM Neil Olshey meets reporters in Las Vegas, where the Trail Blazers are playing NBA Summer league ball.
