Oregon cornerback Cliff Harris was cited Monday for driving on a suspended license and driving without insurance.

Harris, whose car was impounded, faces a fine close to $1,000.

In this day and age, most people are guilty when cited. In this case Harris has a legitimate argument that his license was suppose to be reinstated after 60 days and the Oregon DMV was late in doing so. Harris's father also has furnished proof of insurance. However he was probably guilty of no seat belt. I personally think he should be found gulty before any suspension is given. After all, the legal system is based off of innocent until proven guilty!
