Ok here we go for week 4, NFL Fantasy Football news & notes for your teams:
Texans RB Arian Foster expected to be 100% and get bulk of carries.
Eagles QB Mike Vick listed as day-to-day. He says he's 100% for this weekend, but with injuries in last 2 games now I am staying cautious and benching him. Only bench him if you have a competent backup. Mine happens to be Matt Stafford.
Cowboys WR Austin Miles will be out again this weekend.
Packers RB Ryan Grant out of the week, bench him asap.
Not like it matters, but I'll go through the motions anyway: Kerry Collins out for Colts this week with that concussion, Curtis Painter (aka Sunshine [Remember The Titans, anyone?]) will fill in this week for him.
I would not start Antonio Gates this week. He seems to be having serious trouble. If he does play, it won't be for long.
Since there was no verdict given in Cedric Benson's case for his appeal of his 3 game suspension, it looks like he will be playing this weekend.
Peyton Hillis sounds like his strep throat and flu symptoms are gone and it should be safe to start him
People you want to consider picking up or starting:
With the Cowboys offense hurting, their kicker Dan Bailey should see a lot of action.
Matt Hasselbeck, Cam Newton, Ryan Fitzpatrick all having great seasons and weren't initially picked up in drafts.
With Grant down, Brandon Jackson and John Kuhn are going to be key for the Packers this weekend
