Know Your Enemy Green Bay vs. St. Louis Week 7
PACKERS vs. RAMS (SUN OCT 21 1 PM ET)
The Rams may have their work cut out for them, as the Packers are coming off a big win over the Texans handing Houston their first loss of the season and on the road no less. The Packers looked like the Packers of last season in the Houston game with their offense putting up 42 points and Aaron Rodgers passing for over 300 yards with 6 TD and 0 INT.
The Rams (3-3) are coming off a loss to Miami and in that game Sam Bradford passed for over 300 yards, but he did not throw a TD.
Rodgers will have to carry the Green Bay offense, for the most part, since Green Bay does not have much of a running game.
Last week showed that Bradford cannot do it all and Steven Jackson and Daryl Richardson have to help him out by running the ball. The Packers’ defense is in the middle of the pack, no pun intended, in both pass and run defense and those units played great in the win over Houston.
One big key in this game is the pass rush, as the Rams and Green Bay are 2 of the better teams in the league in that aspect of the game, especially the Packers since they have the most sacks in the NFL.
Sorry Rams, have to go with the Packers, as I think last week’s game will propel them to being the team everyone thought they would be this season, which is a legit Super Bowl contender.
