Lions welcome public to BC Place this weekend

The BC Lions Football Club invites football fans of all ages to BC Place this weekend as part of the iconic stadium’s free open house taking place from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Fans will be able to tour the club’s dressing room, check out a sampling of stadium suites and even get the players’ perspective from field level under North America’s second-largest centre-hung scoreboard. The club’s interactive inflatable will also be set up on the field as well as some family-friendly football drills.

In addition to meeting current Grey Cup champions Geroy Simon, Travis Lulay, Paris Jackson, Angus Reid, Jason Arakgi and many others, Lions alumni and members of the Felions Dance Team will also be on hand. Visitors to the newly-renovated home of the Lions can even purchase merchandise and check out seats for the upcoming season with members of the club’s sales staff.
