Avril will fit in the Seahawks system as their new Leo nicely. Over the last three seasons Cliff has amassed 29 sacks in 49 games, a rate of 0.59 sacks per game. With Chris Clemons injury, there has been a big question mark at the Leo position.

The biggest name that comes to mind for Clinton is Seahawks rookie DT Bruce Irvin. He showed signs of both brilliance, and need of improvement in his rookie season. He ended up with 8 sacks on the year, but his play on first and second down, when called upon, is where the most work is needed. The WR corps of Sidney Rice and Golden Tate needs to improve too, with one of them finally coming out as the top WR threat for Russell Wilson.
