Kelly Olynyk, CJ Wilcox, Eric Moreland and Devon Collier highlight the rest of the top 5, which Mike Moser, Peyton Siva, Brock Motum, Tony Woods and Arsalan Kazemi round out the top 10.

Bovada.lv has given the Oregon Ducks, Oregon State Beavers and Washington Huskies odds to win.
