The Canucks will play their first game at home after 4 games away while the Rangers will continue a travel-plagued season that has already seen them open the season in Europe then play a game back in New York before heading to Western Canada.

The Rangers have suffered from a major power outage in the three games that they have played so far. They have scored only five goals total in their three games – superstars Brad Richards and Marion Gaborik have three between them.

A tired bunch they will be on Tuesday night – it looks like Henrik Lundqvist is going to have to steal the show if New York is to have a chance.

Vancouver has been inconsistent, they have been undisciplined and they have been guilty of sloppy play. Still, they are a .500 club that has played four if its first five games on the road – not too shabby. The Sedins have seven points apiece and the scoring has been fairly balanced up and down the lineup so far.

The addition of Ryan Kelser only makes the team even more potent up front.

Vancouver has to tighten up defensively and against an offensively challenged Rangers team, they should have ample opportunity.

Rangers vs. Canucks

Rangers vs. Canucks Betting ?

Vancouver’s defense has given up an uncharacteristic 3.00 goals per game so far this season while New York has scored just 1.67.

Betting Prediction:

Vancouver is finally home – a place that they went 27-9-5 in 2010-11. The Rangers haven’t won a game in Vancouver since Oct. 11, 1997 and are just 2-9 in the last 11 meetings overall.

Vancouver is an elite team that gets a huge boost on Tuesday night.

Ryan Kesler’s return will give the Canucks more than enough to overpower the offensively anemic Rangers.

Vancouver rolls and teaches New York a lesson in this one and shows us all why they are considered among the best teams in the game!

Pick: Vancouver Canucks -167
