Arizona Cardinals vs. Seattle Seahawks prediction & Week 14 preview

Brandon Browner

NWSB Insider and Seattle Seahawks blogger Clinton Bell tells us about the thirteenth game of the season for the Seahawks, a Sunday afternoon matchup at home with the Arizona Cardinals. Cockiness is no joke, but I think this one is already in the bag. The Seahawks are on their way up in the NFC West, while the Cardinals have lost a pitiful 8 in a row. Plus with the 12th man on our side, this game should be easy. But, I have been wrong before.

Moments in time…The Seattle Seahawks week that was

Tate stretching out

Seattle Seahawks blogger Clinton Bell weighs in with another instalment of the Seahawks Week That Was. Intended to be a fun column, with lots of laughs and other good stuff. Normally it will be a top 10 list, a la David Letterman style. This time it was the Seahawks doing the foiling of plans late in the game. That’s right, a rare road win for the Hawks in Chi-Town, as the team moves back into the Wild Card picture.

Seahawks vs. Bears Week 13 game balls and stats

Wilson vs. Bears

NWSB Insider and Seattle Seahawks blogger Clinton Bell after each week of the regular season and possibly during an NFL playoff game or the Super Bowl will bring you his Seahawks game balls. Balls are awarded to the Hawks offensive MVP. This week’s Offensive Game Ball goes to a guy led this team on two drives of over 80 yards late in the game to win one on the road for the Seahawks. Russell Wilson, this teams MVP.

Seattle Seahawks vs. Chicago Bears prediction & Week 13 preview

Seahawks vs. Bears

NWSB Insider and Seattle Seahawks blogger Clinton Bell tells us about the twelfth game of the season for the Seahawks, a Sunday morning matchup with the Chicago Bears. This is going to be a tough one for Seattle, and if Clinton is right, don’t put your money on the Seahawks. The Bears are going to be looking to avenge the blowout loss to the Seahawks last year, and the way this team plays on the road, it may not be that hard of a challenge.

Moments in time…The Seattle Seahawks week that was

Leon to the house

Seattle Seahawks blogger Clinton Bell weighs in with another instalment of the Seahawks Week That Was. Intended to be a fun column, with lots of laughs and other good stuff. Normally it will be a top 10 list, a la David Letterman style. A record setting day by Leon Washington, and an almost record setting day by Russell Wilson were foiled by a last second Dan Carpenter FG as the Miami Dolphins edged out the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday morning.

Tough questions for Coach Sark after embarrassing Apple Cup loss

Coach Sark smiling

NWSB Insider and Washington Huskies blogger Clinton Bell gives us five tough questions that he would like addressed by coach Sark himself before the bowl game. First off, how in the world did we allow a bad Cougars team to overcome an 18 point 4th quarter lead to win this game? Second, when will the penalties stop, they are killing us. The Huskies are a good team, but not a great one yet, and these questions prove that.

Seattle vs. Miami Dolphins: The aftermath, what went wrong

Russell Wilson pissed off

NWSB Insider and Seattle Seahawks blogger Clinton Bell tells us what went wrong for the Seahawks against the Miami Dolphins. Well besides being on the road, and in the Eastern time zone, the Seahawks defense blew this one for us. Two scoring drives in the final six minutes ruined a damn good performance by Russell Wilson, and the TD return by Leon Washington. Thanks boys.

Seattle Seahawks vs. Miami Dolphins prediction & Week 12 preview

Ryan Tannehill Cowboy Hat

NWSB Insider and Seattle Seahawks blogger Clinton Bell tells us about the eleventh game of the season for the Seahawks, a Sunday morning matchup with the Miami Dolphins. As road games go, this one should be a walk in the park for the Hawks, as they have both the superior offense and defense. But the early game on the east coast is still a burden for the Hawks, hopefully they can get another win in the Eastern time zone.

*My* Seattle Mariners 2012-2013 off-season to do list

Jack Z

NWSB Insider and Seattle Mariners blogger Clinton Bell weighs in with his top 5 things that need to be addressed this offseason. Big bats are needed for the Mariners in 2013, the walls are coming in, and the biggest bat on the market is Josh Hamilton. The back end of the rotation is in need of repair, and there are two capable prospects ready to make the jump. 1b is another big spot, time to get Jesus Montero a glove and get him some fielding drills.

LA Galaxy vs. Sounders FC playoff blog: love ‘em & hate ‘em

Galaxy vs. Sounders

NWSB Insider and Seattle Sounders writer Clinton Bell brings us his Love Em & Hate Em recap from the Sunday night 2nd leg playoff match with the LA Galaxy. The Sounders team that we all love was out there finally tonight, but it was just a little too late. Yes, the Sounders won the game, but they lost the battle to the Galaxy, who now will go on to face the Houston Dynamo for the MLS Cup. A sad end to a great season, one that came prematurely once again.

Keith Price has the long awaited breakout game vs. Utes

Keith Price

NWSB Insider and Washington Huskies blogger Clinton Bell tells us his views on Keith Price’s breakout game against Utah Utes on Saturday night. For once, the Huskies defense didn’t have to hold the team in check while trying to overcome forced turnovers. Price threw for 277 yards, 2 TD’s, no picks, and added a rushing TD to boot, in the second highest scoring offensive output for the Dawgs this year.
